DTZ lets unit at Poynton estate

Acting on behalf of a private client, DTZ has advised on the letting of an industrial unit on Poynton Industrial Estate in Cheshire.

LKA Tubes has taken Unit D on Third Avenue, a semi-detached warehouse unit comprising 13,724 sq ft, on a five-year lease at £55,000 a year.

Alex Smylie, senior surveyor at DTZ, said: "This deal represents a significant letting in the Poynton and South Manchester area and provides an opportunity for the occupier to expand their business on a well established estate."
