Director sells shares in Pochin’s

Publicly listed property group Pochin's said Jonathan Pochin, a director of a subsidiary company, has sold £75,000 worth of shares in the capital of the company.

The 100,000 shares were bought on Monday 10 May at a price of 75p/share by Quiros, a company in which Michael Chadwick has a non-beneficial interest.

Chadwick is a non-executive director at Pochin and was appointed to its board of directors in September 2005.

In addition, Quiros purchased a further 100,000 shares in the capital of the company on Monday at a price of 75p/share from a member of the Arthur Pochin Concert Party.

Quiros now has a beneficial interest in 5,033,364 shares in the company, being 24.19% of the total voting rights of the company.

Chadwick now has a beneficial interest in 39,000 shares in the company, being 0.18% of the total voting rights of the company and a non-beneficial interest in 5,040,164 shares in the company, being 24.23% of the total voting rights of the company.

Pochin, who is managing director of Pochin Construction, now has a beneficial interest in 311,009 shares in the company, being 1.49% of the total voting rights of the company.
