Developer sought for £75m campus project

Tameside College is looking to appoint a partner to oversee the redevelopment of its two main campuses in Ashton-under-Lyne.

Current buildings are to be demolished in order to make way for new teaching facilities to be created at both sites, as part of the £75m redevelopment project which is due to be completed by September 2011.

The closing deadline for tenders is 17 March.
