Denton PureGym up for grabs for £2.5m
With the gym chain due to vacate its premises on the corner of Oldham Street and Parkway at the end of this year, the building is being offered up to the market.
Chestergate Properties has instructed Davies Harrison Real Estate to find a buyer for the 26,751 sq ft purpose built health and leisure facility, which has been occupied by PureGym for more than a decade and has also been let to Virgin Active Gym and Esporta Health Club in the past.
Offers of £2.5m are being sought for the asset, which could lend itself to redevelopment into a medical facility, trade or retail showroom, storage operation, or industrial use, according to the agents.
