December ground-breaking for Dantzic Street resi
Developer Pinnacle MC Global has announced that it will start on site on a 344-apartment scheme in Manchester in December, with PHD1 Construction named as the contractor.
The £77m Angelgate development will be Pinnacle's first for the residential market, with its other schemes providing student accommodation.
The two 14-storey towers will include a gym, landscaped roof gardens, and underground parking.
The car park site on Dantzic Street was bought from Novagrove earlier this year, after the Jersey-based company secured planning permission for the project.
The scheme is designed by BLOK Architecture, and is on the edge of the Co-operative Estate's NOMA regeneration area.
Pinnacle said: "These apartments are seen as ideal opportunities for investors or homeowners alike, and with Manchester City Council's Grow initiative expected to be finished by 2017, Pinnacle expect these apartments to fit perfectly into this booming city."
