DAY expands services with latest appointment
DAY Architectural has hired Jack Street, formerly of Street Projects and Turner & Townsend, to establish a project management division from the practice’s new offices in Lancaster Buildings on Manchester’s Deansgate.
Street will be supported by Alan Martin and Ryan Crockett, alongside support from the board and senior management team, to deliver the services to both existing and new clients.
DAY has expanded over the last year, and recently moved its Manchester base from the Northern Quarter to a 4,000 sq ft office in the Lancaster Buildings. There are 54 staff in Manchester and eight in Liverpool.
Street said: “I’m hugely excited by this new opportunity to build on the already excellent Day brand to start providing project management services, and I am looking forward immensely to helping our clients develop their projects from inception to delivery and occupation.”
DAY operates across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, student living, residential, commercial and leisure, offering architecture, principal design, project management, masterplanning and estate rationalisation.
