Danes buy in Knowsley

A group of Danish private investors have paid £6.5m for a five-acre freehold parcel of land in Knowsley Business Park.

The site includes an 82,000 sq ft property built in 2000 currently used as a production facility by BOSCH AG.

The Danish investors had been leasing and subletting the property since 2005 from Topland Group. Manchester/Copenhagen-based Nectar Asset Management carried out the purchase.
