DAC hires Eversheds real estate lawyer

Law firm Davies Arnold Cooper has added to its property team in the North West with the recruitment of Steve Burnett from Eversheds as senior solicitor.
Burnett joins partners Peter Williams and Crispin Tomlinson at the office which launched last year in Fountain Street, Manchester.
Williams said: "Steve joins us as at a time of growth in the business and new client wins."
DAC has a growing portfolio of work in regeneration, commercial development and retail asset management.
