Cushmans welcomes back industrial agent
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Chris Brown as associate director to join its logistics and industrial team based in Manchester.
A previous member of the C&W Manchester team, Brown left his role within office agency in 2009 to join C&W in Vietnam, where he worked in the position of general manager overseeing all commercial agency departments.
Brown will work alongside Jason Print, partner and head of the C&W North West industrial team. There are currently 24 people in the C&W Manchester office.
Brown said: "It is very exciting to be back in Manchester at a time when things are really starting to change for the better. When I left the North West five years ago, it was a very different world to the one we are now living in now. As a city, Manchester is exceptionally well positioned to take advantage of the changing economy, with the industrial market in particular really taking off in the North West."
Mark Walsh, partner and head of C&W Manchester, said: "We are pleased to welcome Chris back to Manchester and know that he will prove to be a valuable asset to our team as we continue to invest in areas of the business where we see market potential in 2014 and beyond."
