Cushmans lays off Manchester valuation team

Cushman & Wakefield's Manchester office has closed its valuation team with the loss of two staff.

The team was headed by Mike King, partner, who joined the firm from Erinaceous.

Cushmans opened in Manchester in 2005 and has grown to more than 30 staff since then, relocating to larger offices this year at 26 Spring Gardens.

The company declined to comment.
