Cushman & Wakefield hires from Assura for healthcare team

Adam Lowe will join the transactional team within the global real estate services firm’s UK healthcare department.

He will be based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office, where Lowe will dedicate his time to transactional and development across health and social care. The real estate company said Lowe would lead its specialist offering within the healthcare team.

Lowe started in his position earlier this month. Previously, he spent more than a decade working as the senior investment manager for Assura. During that time, he worked with NHS Trusts and various GP surgeries. Lowe was a surveyor at CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton prior to his time at Assura.

“The primary care sector is front and centre of public health and wellbeing by providing a crucial service for the local health economy,” said James Hanson, head of UK healthcare transactions for Cushman & Wakefield.

“Adam’s appointment broadens and complements the skillset within our Healthcare team and allows our clients to benefit from the experience and knowledge he brings from Assura.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s healthcare team offers market research, valuation services, capital markets advice and financial analysis for private hospitals, the NHS, retirement villages, children’s nurseries, primary care facilities and more.
