Curtins adds to transport team
Transport planner Lee Kendall has joined Curtins as an associate, based in the Manchester office.
He has 14 years’ experience working in the private sector, most recently 10 years at Singleton Clamp & Partners.
Kendall’s main area of work is development planning and he has advised both the private and public sector in the delivery of a wide range of projects and sectors.
He is particularly active in the residential sector and has assisted a number of traditional housebuilders, strategic land developers and city centre developers in gaining consent for complex schemes.
Kendall will mainly be based in the North West and North Wales, with a nationwide remit.
Alex Vogt, North West transport planning technical director, said: “Lee’s extensive local knowledge and relationships, plus his commercial approach and expertise across a range of sectors will add to our already strong transport planning offer in the North West.
“As one of three associates and a team of 12 people, Lee will enable us to continue our sustained growth and provide our existing and new clients with a comprehensive service in the region and beyond.”
