CPUK completes Southport scheme for Matila

Construction Partnership UK has handed over a £3m mixed-use development in Southport town centre for local developer Matila.

The five-storey building in Hoghton Street comprises 25 apartments with ground floor retail.

Skelmersdale-based CPUK has an annual turnover of £30m and a workforce of 66. Other recent jobs include a £4m business park in Eccles for Peel Holdings and The Room, a seven-storey apartment building in Preston for Downtown Living, on target for completion in September.
