Cosmetic clinic occupies Manchester building

The Private Clinic has leased the entire 2,489 sq ft 25 St John Street building in Manchester city centre.

The cosmetic medicine company is part of parent group BG Healthcare and has taken the office space on a 15-year lease.

Chrissie Banstead, from The Private Clinic, commented: "The growth of the business made it necessary to relocate to larger premises and 25 St John Street is a beautiful building in an ideal location."

Daniel Bourmad, partner at Knight Frank in Manchester, which acted on behalf of landlord Mark & Elizabeth Beesley, added: "St John Street is the only surviving Georgian terraced street in central Manchester and was designated as a conservation area in 1970. Over the years the area has become synonymous with the professional and medical sector, so it was the clear choice for The Private Clinic when looking for a new Manchester base."

The Private Clinic was established in 1983 in Harley Street, London.
