Consent for Glenbrook at Salford Quays

Planning permission has been granted to Glenbrook by Salford City Council for a 16-storey residential development at Erie Basin in the Quays.

Glenbrook bought the dockside plot from Peel Holdings and will build 270 apartments designed by Sheppard Robson. How Planning is advising.

The site is bounded by The Quays road, Erie Basin, the Millennium Point development, and The Alexandra offices.

Engineering consultancy SGi Shepherd Gilmour acted for Glenbrook on planning support reports and tender design.

The development is due for completion in summer 2019.
