Conferma buys office at Cheadle Royal
Muse Developments has sold a 6,500 sq ft office building at Cheadle Royal Business Park to the Didsbury-based specialist in virtual card payment technology.
Conferma, which has 28 employees, expects to relocate from its Didsbury premises to the Oakfield office development at the park within the next six to eight weeks.
The company joins tenants such as Umbro, Jacbos Engineering, Agilent and DeVere at Cheadle Royal in south Manchester.
The office development Oakfield 3 comprises five self-contained office buildings, ranging in size from 6,500 to 10,000 sq ft.
Building M, a 9,720 sq ft two-storey pavilion style building designed by Bennett Architects, is last the remaining one available for purchase or lease.
Wes Erlam, development surveyor at Muse Developments, said: "With more than 2,000 employees and 650,000 sq ft of high quality development, Cheadle Royal is the only business park in the North West to cater for such a diverse range of companies, from small-to-medium-sized enterprises to large multi-nationals."
DTZ, Lambert Smith Hampton and Eversheds acted for Muse Developments. Details of the sale agreed was not disclosed.
