Comer joins LSH as rating director

Dave Comer has joined Lambert Smith Hampton from Roberts Vain Wilshaw, having previously worked at Knight Frank and Altus Group.

With experience with both occupier and landlord clients, Comer will support LSH’s retail, office, and industrial clients across the region and provide advice on minimising rates liabilities, and challenging rating assessments.

He had joined Warrington-based RVW from Knight Frank last March.

Christiaan Flatley, head of LSH’s Manchester office, said: “LSH has an outstanding client base, a highly experienced rating team, and a positive collaborative approach. The office continues to grow through targeted recruitment.

“I am excited to welcome Dave to Manchester and look forward to working with him and the team at a time when we’re strengthening and extending our service offering across the region”.

Paul Nash, head of rating at LSH, added: “We are a UK-focused advisory business with a growing number of national mandates. It’s increasingly important to have senior resource throughout our entire regional network.

“Dave brings with him a wealth of industry contacts and rating experience that will add significant value to both clients and colleagues alike and I’m really looking forward to growing the North West team”.

Comer added: “I am thrilled to have joined Lambert Smith Hampton and look forward to working with our clients and supporting them in minimising their rates liabilities. I will focus on growing the service across the region and strengthening the existing client relationships”.
