Comer joins LSH as rating director

Dave Comer has joined Lambert Smith Hampton from Roberts Vain Wilshaw, having previously worked at Knight Frank and Altus Group.

With experience with both occupier and landlord clients, Comer will support LSH’s retail, office, and industrial clients across the region and provide advice on minimising rates liabilities, and challenging rating assessments.

He had joined Warrington-based RVW from Knight Frank last March.
