Colloids sells Runcorn base

Plastics manufacturer Colloids has sold the long lease on its 34,522 sq ft unit on the Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn to Crewe-based PrimeFigure.
The Davy Road industrial building was sold for £335,000 within three months of being placed on the market.
PrimeFigure intends to split the property in the units which it will then let.
Altus Edwin Hill advised Collids. Primefigure represented itself in the deal.
