Colliers hires new ratings boss
BNP Paribas Real Estate rating director, Adam Burke, has joined the Manchester office of Colliers CRE to take up the same position.
Colliers CRE provides rating advice on over 50,000 properties for clients including Fujitsu, Trinity Mirror, Mercedes Benz, Vodafone and Sheffield Insulation Group.
Burke started his private sector career with Fuller Peiser in 2001. Before that he worked at the Valuation Office in Carlisle, Bolton and Manchester.
Burke said: "Joining Colliers CRE was an attractive proposition. It has a great reputation and excellent client base including the Co-operative Group, a new client to the rating department. With companies gearing up for the Valuation Office's review of business rates tax on commercial buildings, I expect to be very busy."
