Coffey signs for Atlas Business Park

Coffey Geotechnics has taken 8,000 sq ft of office space at Atlas Business Park next to Manchester Airport.

The specialist advisor in geotechnical, contaminated land and environmental engineering has agreed a 10-year lease with a five-year break option with owners AXA REIM at an undisclosed price.

Coffey will relocate from the neighbouring business centre at Atlas House to the park.

The transition follows recent deals at the park with consultant and software provider Generis and The Civil Aviation Authority.

GVA Grimley acted as letting agents.
