Clarke Willmott appoints partner
Louise Goodwin has been promoted to the senior position more than two years after she joined the law firm.
Goodwin has been appointed as a partner in the company’s commercial and private litigation team, where she advises companies, company owners, office holders, entrepreneurs, and other individuals.
Goodwin joined Clarke Willmott’s Manchester office in 2021, bringing more than 14 years of experience to the lawyer role.
Previous positions include solicitor at DAC Beachcroft, associate solicitor at Freeman Fisher, and senior associate at Primas.

Also at the company’s Manchester office, lawyers Kelly Rowley and Christie Johnson have moved up from solicitor to associate roles.

Clarke Willmott has seven offices across the country. The Manchester office is its only in the North West.
Last year, the firm’s turnover was £58.6m, a 10% increase from the previous year.
