Chester & District completes Boughton project

Chester & District Housing Trust has finished a £2.7m development of 30 apartments in Heath Lane, Boughton.

Kingslea, built on the site of Kingslea House, which was demolished, contains 27 two-bed and three one-bed flats. The development is the latest scheme in the trust's portfolio to be completed, with Wain Court in Saughall and Hoole House in Hoole due to be opened shortly.

Kingslea was completed by contractor G&J Seddon. CDHT owns 6,200 properties in Chester and west Cheshire.
