Cheshire housing plot for sale

Land4homes and Bolton Birch have been jointly instructed by landowners in Upton near Chester to sell a 0.77-acre site with outline planning permission for housing.
The consent is for 11 houses – eight of four bedrooms and three of three bedrooms – and two two-bed apartments with a combined floor area of 13,776 sq ft.
There is a signed section 106 agreement estimated at a cost of £20,000.
Jonty Goodchild, director at Bolton Birch, said: "This is an opportunity to secure a small housing site in a popular city with prominent frontage for sales purposes together with comprehensive technical information."
The final date for offers and sale negotiations is Tuesday 15 March.
