Chancerygate recruits from LSH
Industrial and logistics developer Chancerygate has hired Daniel March from Lambert Smith Hampton as project manager, joining its Warrington office.
March was previously senior building surveyor.
Mike Walker, development director of Chancerygate, said: “We are continuing to grow our portfolio throughout the North West and with a number of new acqusiitons and schemes in the pipeline, we needed to add to our project management team.
“Daniel has the skills and knowledge that we require and I believe he will prove to be a great complement to our team.”
Chancerygate is active across the region: in July it obtained consent for 212,000 sq ft close to Liverpool 2 from Sefton Council, while in June it was granted permission to develop 12 self-contained units at Matrix Park, Chorley.
