CEG signs Madhouse on Deansgate
Investor-developer Commercial Estates Group has signed marketing company Madhouse Associates as a new tenant in 196 Deansgate, Manchester city centre.
Madhouse has signed a ten-year lease on 5,072 sq ft and is relocating from 2 Mount Street to CEG's refurbished space.
Rob Thompson of CEG said that 'lease flexibility', typically rent-free periods and other inducements, was key to getting the deal done.
Edwards & Co and WHR Property Consultants LLP are joint agents for the building.
