CDP adds Knight Frank in Knowsley
Knight Frank has been instructed by Simon Marshall's Commercial Development Projects to dispose of development land and completed units at Kings Business Park, Knowsley.
Occupiers at the park include Camelot, Knowsley Housing Trust, Duncan Gibbins Solicitors, Compass Costs and Balfour Beatty.
The property is a new build office comprising 4,182 sq ft and two Grade II-listed buildings known as Hazel's House and The Stables. In addition, there are five acres being offered on a design and build basis.
John Brown, surveyor at Knight Frank's Liverpool office, said: "This instruction is the latest in a long list of schemes which we have worked on with Commercial Development Projects. Located on Merseyside's premier park, the unit is open plan offering increased flexibility and as well as the obvious site advantages, there is also additional development land available, along with 320 parking spaces for further design and build opportunities."
Knight Frank and Keppie Massie are joint agents for Tiger Court.
