CBREI sells Warrington warehouse as part of UK review

CB Richard Ellis Investors has sold a warehouse in Warrington for nearly £10m as it restructures its UK portfolio.
The sale of the AAH Distribution Warehouse in Warrington reflected a yield of 7.25%. The buyer was not disclosed.
Other disposals across the UK included shops in Cambridge, Dorchester, Ipswich, Maidstone and Southend.
