CBRE strengthens North West building surveying team

Lauren Verdi Bowker has joined the firm as associate director and head of dilapidations, leaving her previous role as senior building surveyor at Colliers.

In her new position as associate director in CBRE’s building surveying team, Verdi Bowker will be responsible for further developing the company’s dilapidations service offer across the North West.

Based in CBRE’s Manchester office, Verdi Bowker’s appointment brings the total of employees in the company’s northern building surveying team to 19.

Verdi Bowker brings more than five years of experience within commercial building surveying to the position, with a background in dilapidations and technical due diligence, development, contract administration, project management, and development monitoring.

Previous roles also include a stint as senior chartered surveyor at Avison Young and building surveyor at Gordan Ingram Associates.

Steve Sidebottom, head of CBRE’s northern building surveying team, said: “Lauren brings strong experience from key sectors and a wide range of clients.

“Her skill set is a great asset to the team as we evolve our services to meet client demands.”

CBRE is a global company with more than 500 offices and 115,000 employees worldwide.

The firm’s North West offices are located in Manchester and Liverpool.
