CBRE hires from Legat Owen

The Liverpool office of CBRE has appointed Sarah Pearson as an associate director within its asset services team, joining from Legat Owen in Chester.

In her new role, Pearson will focus initially on offices and business and technology parks. Andrew Willoughby, director within the asset services team in CBRE Liverpool, said: “Our North West team is undergoing a period of continued growth in response to client demand and we are delighted to welcome Sarah to the business at this busy time.”

Pearson added: “I am looking forward to utilising my sector experience to add value to the CBRE team and to working on the firm’s extensive and valued client base across the North West.”
