CBRE adds to Liverpool office agency team

The consultancy’s Liverpool office has appointed Rebecca Ashall as assistant surveyor in its office agency team.

Ashall is a management graduate from the University of Liverpool, and participated in a graduate training programme with a national high street retailer. Following a period of work experience, CBRE has offered her a permanent position in the team.

She will work alongside director Neil Kirkham and associate director Andy Byrne on current instructions in the city such as 4 St Paul’s Square, 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool Innovation Park, Liverpool Waters and the Royal Liver Building. There will also be tenant acquisition work for clients including SportPesa, Alder Hey and Regus.

Kirkham said: “Rebecca’s appointment will provide extra help on a number of new and existing instructions within Liverpool. Rebecca has proved she is a confident and hard-working individual and her support will be invaluable at what is both a busy and exciting time for the team.”
