Carpet firm signs in south Preston
Matrix Flooring Solutions has signed a five-year lease on an 8,207 sq ft warehousing unit in Walton Summit Industrial Estate, Bamber Bridge.
The unit at 4 Lincoln Park is owned by a private client of surveyor Robert Pinkus & Co. Matrix has relocated from elsewhere on the same estate. There is now only one unit remaining out of the four at Lincoln Park.
