Capital & Centric’s Bunker fully let
The £2.6m speculative office development behind the former Littlewoods building in Liverpool is now fully occupied, following a 12,800 sq ft letting to tech company Human Recognition Systems.
Human Recognition Systems has around 70 staff, and develops software and hardware using biometrics to automate the process of identifying individuals.
The company is relocating from premises in Wavertree, as it looks to grow the business by 40% year-on-year over the next three years.
The 17,500 sq ft Bunker building was acquired by Capital & Centric from the Homes & Communities Agency, and in 2015 was converted from storage space for Littlewoods catalogues into energy efficient offices, with hyper fast broadband and electric car charging points.
Bunker is also home to video and CGI business Pixel Reality, and Render Nation, a visual effects rendering company for the film, television and computer gaming industry.
