Capita appoints director

Capita’s property and infrastructure business has hired Samantha Davis as a director in its Blackburn office in response to growth in its education portfolio.

Davis was previously an associate and head of property at Capita, but left in 2013 to join AA Projects.

She will lead on the growth of Capita’s academy and further education projects in the region, supported by a multi-disciplinary team based across Blackburn, North Tyneside and Colwyn Bay.

Davis has previously secured capital funding and led on the development and delivery of estate strategies for a number of colleges and academies across the UK.

She has a wealth of experience in developing projects and securing funding for academies and colleges and has been involved in the delivery of hundreds of education programmes across the UK.”
