Caddick rounds off £8m Max Spielmann shed
The builder has handed over the keys to the 77,200 sq ft Wirral distribution centre to Timpson Group, which acquired the photo printing business in 2008.
Caddick began work on the £8m scheme in January this year, delivering warehousing, car parking, and an internal mezzanine office to 9.5 acres at Bromborough International Business Park.
Wirral Council gave the project, which was designed by AEW Architects, planning permission in April 2024.
Dave Saville, regional managing director of Caddick Construction North West, said: “Power Road represents months of dedicated planning, collaboration, and execution by our exceptional team, subcontractors, and partners.
“Throughout the project, our focus has been on delivering high-quality, future-proofed space that meets the operational needs and long-term ambitions of Max Spielmann as the UK’s leading printing specialist.”
“We look forward to seeing this development play a key role in our great region’s ongoing success.”
