Buttress Fuller to restore Preston arcade

Manchester-based architects Buttress Fuller Alsop Williams have been appointed by Bluemantle and Kilmartin to handle the refurbishment of the Grade II-listed Miller Arcade in Preston.
The 30,000 sq ft office and leisure scheme has planning consent and is due on site early next year.
The arcade, facing the Town Hall on Fishergate and Church Street, was acquired from Maple Grove for £8.6m earlier this year.
