Burnertec deal fills Lostock scheme

JLL’s industrial team has let 14,000 sq ft at Lostock Industrial Estate, Bolton on behalf of SHS Estates, making the scheme fully occupied.

Gas burner manufacturer, Burnertec, has taken a 10-year lease on its unit, paying £4.50/sq ft.

The estate, five miles east of Bolton town centre, is also home to engineering firm Beldam Crossley, radiator specialist Geyser and garage door manufacturer and supplier Select Garage Doors.

Ben Watson, senior surveyor at JLL, said: “Burnertec’s new base benefits from newly refurbished office facilities and good links to Manchester and Preston, situated only a mile from the M61.

“Like many similar schemes, Lostock Industrial Estate is now fully occupied, highlighting the need for further development to ensure that the region can continue to accommodate ongoing growth in the industrial and logistics sector.”
