BSG appoints head of commercial property
Jo Higham has joined the Lancashire-based solicitors from her previous role as an associate at Forbes, where she worked for almost five years.
Sharing her excitement for her future with BSG, Higham commented: “I’m thrilled to join the team at BSG, I am very much looking forward to meeting new and existing clients over the coming weeks and enhancing the offering in our commercial property department.”
Her appointment brings experience in a full range of commercial property matters to her team of four, including commercial leases for both landlord and tenant, refinancing, and the acquisition and sale of commercial properties.
Higham specialises in commercial clients refinancing and acquiring residential properties, either for their portfolio or for business use. Recent deals include a £1.25m development site acquisition for an undisclosed multi-national company, subject to planning and CPO.
She has a wealth of previous clients which include multi-national companies, developers, commercial landlords and tenants, as well as charitable organisations.
