Bruntwood signs two at Cotton House
Bruntwood has attracted two new customers to Cotton House in Queen Street, Manchester, in deals totaling 4,844 sq ft.
Global technology and online media company, Specific Media UK has taken 2,000 sq ft of office space and professional services company, Farrsight Solutions has taken 2,844 sq ft.
Farrsight Solutions is relocating from The Lowry Designer Outlet in Salford Quays and Specific Media UK is moving from Spinningfields. Details of the rent agreements were not disclosed.
Stephen Farrar, managing director at Farrsight Solutions, said: "Bruntwood worked with us in determining our needs for new office space in central Manchester and helped us to find a property that met those needs. The level of commitment displayed by Bruntwood to ensure a successful outcome was very much appreciated and we felt confident that the support we received from them during our search would continue to be of the same high standard after we moved in. We have not been disappointed."
Andrew Cowell, head of sales for Manchester, added: "We are very happy to secure these two pre-lets on the back of the whole-scale refurbishment of Cotton House. In addition to this, the building is in a great location close to useful transport links and amenities. We know it is going to prove a popular addition to our Manchester city centre portfolio."
