Bruntwood secures new lease with architect firm

Bennett Architects has agreed to a ten-year renewed lease at its offices in Manchester city centre.
The firm has taken the entire 5,653 sq ft fourth floor at 117-119 Portland Street, owned by Bruntwood since 1997.
Brabners Chaffe Street advised Bennett Architects on the deal, with John Chapman from Chapman Law Chartered Surveyors advising Bruntwood.
Bennett Architects has worked on projects including new premises for PZ Cussons at Salford's Agecroft Commerce Park and at Cheadle Royal in South Manchester.
