Bruntwood launches summer discount on meeting room hire

Dominant North West office landlord Bruntwood is offering core suppliers a 20% discount on its 70 meeting and conference rooms located in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham.
The meeting rooms, spread across the group's 80 office buildings, were all re-branded as the Red Rooms last year and are available for hire from £17/hour.
A spokeswoman for Bruntwood said the campaign was an awareness-raising exercise for suppliers who may not be aware of the product and was not a response to the downturn in the property market.
The 20% discount offer will run to the end of August, 2008. A general campaign for non-suppliers is also being planned.
