Bruntwood completes Booths Park No.2 overhaul

Delivered by Cubicworks, the revamp within the Knutsford business park covers the 45,000 sq ft building’s reception, common areas and leased workspaces.

Booths Park, situated in 220 acres of Cheshire parkland, is home to occupiers including Barclaycard, Sir Robert McAlpine, Jacobs, and software security company PortSwigger.

Bruntwood said that No.2’s new arrival space and common areas have been “transformed to deliver timeless simplicity inspired by the green parkland surroundings of Booths Park”.

Features include the introduction of biophilia, contemporary artwork and new lighting, with booths and breakout areas centred around a new customer lounge.

Bruntwood has also refurbished No.2’s existing leased workspace offering, which includes spaces from 520 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft.

In addition to No.2’s overhaul, Bruntwood has invested in Booths Park’s wider fitness and wellness offering, with a new Peloton bike studio alongside a full range of Peloton fitness classes streamed in the neighbouring wellness suite.
