Bruntwood chooses HKR for marketing suite design
HKR Architects has designed a marketing suite template for office landlord Bruntwood to showcase spaces to potential customers at various sites.
The commission was to fit-out a prototype retail shell which would act as a 'shop window' for the Bruntwood brand and consist of a display area, meeting room and breakout space.
The space is split into two parts: one is "a thoroughly detailed and engineered white gallery", and the other, a "snug and sumptuous red holding area".
HKR proposed within the gallery space a 15 metre interactive wall which can be projected onto, written on and also contains storage.
Bruntwood owns more than 80 office buildings in Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Leeds and Birmingham.
Bruntwood development director, Peter Crowther, commented: "Bruntwood is continually striving to improve our customer experience. HKR's interpretation of the brief represents everything our brand stands for – quality, flexible, contemporary."
Jon Matthews, director at HKR said: "It's been really exciting to work on this project and with Bruntwood for the first time. Its reputation for being innovative is renowned."
