Bruntwood adds gym to Booths Park offer
UNLTD has taken 6,400 sq ft on a five-year lease at the Knustford business park as the landlord seeks to boost its amenity offer.
The arrival of a new gym concept at Bruntwood’s Booths Park comes the week after plans to build 300 homes on adjacent land were unveiled.
Bruntwood said signing UNLTD to operate a fitness centre at the complex forms part of its “ongoing transformation to provide a place that truly serves local needs”.
The gym will offer a range of services including coach-led sessions.
Andy Weaver, operations director at Bruntwood, said: “Our vision for Booths Park is to create a space that blends life and leisure, going beyond our flexible workspace and coworking options to build a fully mixed-use community where people can live, work and play.
“The new fitness centre marks another string in our bow to support our customer’s – and the wider community’s – wellbeing.”
Ben Morris, co-owner of UNLTD Fitness, said: “At UNLTD Fitness we’re committed to creating a vibrant and inspiring environment for our members, and Booths Park is the perfect place to foster that atmosphere.
“We hope our members – whether they work in the vicinity or come from further afield – will enjoy the beautiful, natural surroundings and the thriving, interconnected ecosystem of leisure and business at Booths Park.”

What’s a gym concept? It’s just a gym. Users can watch those green fields disappear under the new housing estate.

And even the basic gym membership fee is VERY expensive. Profit taking even before the green space disappears under the housing estate…
