Branlow plans second North West office on Alliance site

Expanding national construction company Branlow has purchased a site at Canalside in Runcorn for its own use.
The company, which specialises in piling solutions, paid Property Alliance Group £645,000 for the 1.8-acre site and 2,500 sq ft workshop. Branlow plans to build a new 15,000 sq ft office and warehouse building on the site subject to planning permission.
Branlow has existing offices on Birchwood Science Park, Warrington, and in Yapton, West Sussex.
Altus Edwin Hill and CBRE advised Property Alliance Group; Branlow represented itself.
