Brabners hires housing partner

Commercial law firm Brabners has expanded its housing and regeneration team in Manchester with the appointment of Peter Barlow.

Barlow was previously a senior equity partner at Hill Dickinson for more than 20 years, before leaving to become head of real estate at Cassell Moore until October 2015.

He specialises in advising clients on large sales and acquisitions, development agreements, Golden Brick arrangements, funding, joint venture and management agreements, and commercial leases.

At Brabners, Barlow will provide strategic legal advice to a wide variety of clients including registered providers, NHS bodies, local authorities, developers, commercial organisations and other public and private sector clients.

Mark Brandwood, managing partner of Brabners, said: “Peter has an excellent reputation and brings with him a proven track record of success. With Peter’s valuable expertise, we will enhance the strength and depth of the property advice we offer and further broaden our support for ambitious businesses.”
