Brabners Chaffe Street expands King Street office

Legal firm Brabners Chaffe Street has acquired the lease of the fourth floor at Orbit's 55 King Street in Manchester, two years after taking the fifth floor.

GVA Grimley advised on the acquisition of the 10,728 sq ft office in the business district of Manchester city centre.

Tom Burton, partner of Brabners Chaffe Street, said: "Brabners acquired the fifth floor in February 2006. This latest acquisition of the fourth floor will assist with the future expansion of the firm and will provide the great benefit of enabling the business to operate from a single building on contiguous floors."

GVA Grimley negotiated the deal directly with Orbit.

Rent has been agreed at a rising rental structure over the first five years.
