Bowdon clinic to return to residential

Hardy Mill Properties and Real Estate Investment Partnerships have been granted planning permission to redevelop the Transform Clinic and grounds on the corner of Green Walk and The Firs in Bowdon, Trafford into 12 apartments and town houses with an average price of more than £800,000.

Architect Ollier Smurthwaite has designed the redevelopment of the Victorian villa. There will be six three-bedroom apartments in the main house, a penthouse apartment of 2,900 sq ft. The main house will also accommodate two town houses. Within the grounds of Highbank, the existing coach house will be converted into a three-storey three-bedroom house. Two additional houses will be built in the grounds.

Work will start in January 2016 and take 12 months to complete. Agents Gascoigne Halman and Hibbert Homes have been instructed to market the properties.
