Bourmad appointed at Oxford Court
Former Knight Frank office agent Daniel Bourmad has been hired as a consultant by 15 Oxford Court, the management company for the syndicate that owns the former DWF base in Manchester city centre.
A spokesman for the 15 Oxford Court syndicate commented: "Daniel's understanding of the market and occupational requirements gives us a great opportunity to provide a strong focus on the letting campaign of 15 Oxford Court, and this commitment by the syndicate to employ Daniel is not only a testament to his credentials, but emphasises the importance to face the market head on with a pro-active campaign."
Bourmad was made redundant after seven years at Knight Frank during a restructuring in July, when the closure of the Knight Frank Liverpool office was also announced.
Bourmad said: "I am extremely keen to bring my skills to this campaign to ensure a successful outcome. Following DWF's vacation of the building, a comprehensive refurbishment programme for the building's entrance has been prepared to enhance the main reception area, to ensure it retains its prestige as a professional business address. 15 Oxford Court is an imposing five-storey contemporary office building, set in a courtyard development and also faces onto Oxford Street. It not only benefits from its address which is synonymous with the professional sector, but it uniquely provides a self-contained building of 16,464 sq ft, ideal for a single occupier to have as their HQ address, although consideration will be given to lettings on a floor-by-floor basis.
"The property also provides possibly the best parking ratio in any city centre building and benefits from a modern internal specification including air-conditioning, raised floors and excellent natural light. This part of town is seeing major re-development proposals and is ideal for a company seeking a high profile building at a competitive level. I will be working closely with the letting agents WHR Property Consultants and hope to identify a suitable occupier very soon."
