The discussion will look at the impact of the ever-growing e-commerce industry and 24-hour delivery, changing location priorities for occupiers, last mile logistics, the shrinking supply of quality warehouses, and current investor appetite for sheds.

Beginning with an overview of market trends and North West take-up by Steve Sharman, partner in the research team at Gerald Eve, the session will then move on to a panel discussion.
