BOOK NOW | Greater Manchester Development Update 2025
Hear from Stephen Young for the first time in his new role as Salford City Council’s chief executive about his priorities for the city at Place North West’s September conference.
The Greater Manchester Development Update often sells out, so do not miss your chance to be in the room to take the temperature of the market in one of the country’s most development-focussed city regions.
This event is sponsored by JMW, Onward Homes, Mansell Building Solutions, NorDan, and Euan Kellie Property Solutions.
It will take place at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on Thursday 4 September.
Tickets for the half-day conference, which starts at 8am and includes breakfast and lunch, cost £125+VAT. Local authorities and registered providers are eligible for a 50% discount.
Hear from public sector representatives from Bury, Trafford, and Stockport councils, as well as the GMCA, about the challenges their areas are facing and how they plan to drive growth and improve the lives of residents through regeneration.
We will also analyse the city region’s office market, which is recovering after years of uncertainty following the pandemic, and ask what the shift back to office-working means for our towns and cities?
